We have a no returns policy. 

Refunds
If for any reason, you decide to cancel the order contact us at the earliest on info@bharmaltea.com If we haven't shipped out your order, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
