A popular variety of pure Ceylon black tea and a fine grade of tea. This tea is similar to the wiry long leaf variant, but little smaller in size. It is made of smaller and slightly wiry tea leaves. These teas have a rich aromatic forest-like scent. The liquor generally has a golden reddish color and a delicate lighter taste with a touch of maltiness. Takes slightly longer time to brew compared to other teas due to it’s leafiness.
